Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Handmade, crochet, and customised items may take 5–10 business days to prepare before dispatch. We will always keep you updated.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery (across India): 5–8 business days after dispatch

• Hilly / Remote Areas: 8–14 business days

• Express Delivery: Available on request (additional charges apply)

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999

• A flat shipping fee of ₹99–₹149 applies to orders below this amount

• COD orders may incur an additional handling fee of ₹50

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

• If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept — re-delivery charges will apply.

• Parcels returned to us due to failed delivery will be re-shipped only upon payment of fresh shipping charges.

• In case of undeliverable parcels, refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs.

Who Are Our Artisans?

Our artisan community is made up of local craftspeople from the villages and towns of Uttarakhand — weavers, crochet artists, embroiderers, macramé makers, and block printers — most of them women working from their homes and small workshops in the hills.

• Fair Wages — We ensure our artisan partners are compensated fairly and promptly for their work.

• Creative Respect — We never mass-produce artisan work. Each artisan retains creative ownership of their craft.
