  • For handmade and artisan items, minor variations in finish, texture, or colour are a mark of authenticity and are not considered defects.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

  • We accept online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Bainis reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  • For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. International shipping may be available on request.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors.

  • Bainis is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Product Representation & Handmade Variation Disclaimer

We strive to present all products as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, monitor settings, and device display differences.

Many products available in our store are handcrafted, handmade, handwoven, hand-embroidered, crocheted, artisan-crafted, or finished by skilled artisans. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, pattern placement, embroidery, weaving, embellishments, finishing, dimensions, and overall appearance may occur.

Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade and artisan products and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These differences should not be considered defects, damages, or manufacturing faults.

Product measurements and specifications are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of handcrafted production.
